I have been formally studying human performance for 9 years, professionally coaching for 5, and practicing for a lifetime.  My sports-centric youth laid the foundation for a natural path to health & human performance.  For 5+ years, I have been mentoring the business elite to gain resilience and equanimity.

 

I am in the business of helping high-performing professionals sustain their health and manage their complex and demanding lifestyles.
